How to Return Items
If you would like to return an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to get started. To initiate a return, please email us at support@dreamsleep.cc with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Process

- Review our instructions: Once your request is approved, we will reply with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Package items carefully: Please pack the products securely so they are protected during transit and arrive in good condition.
- Cover return shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, including any fees charged by your chosen carrier.
Refunds
After inspecting the returned items, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing usually takes up to 7 business days. No restocking fees apply. Note that bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, email support@dreamsleep.cc with details of the replacement product you need. We will guide you through the process to ensure the exchange is completed.
Problems with Your Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, take a clear photo and send it to support@dreamsleep.cc. We will arrange to send the correct item or a replacement promptly.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at support@dreamsleep.cc. Orders can generally be canceled before processing or dispatch. Once processing has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; in such cases, the return process must be followed after delivery.
