  • Shipping Cost: All orders shipped within the United States are sent at no additional cost.

Once your order is shipped, an email containing tracking information will be provided so you can monitor its progress.

Following processing, your order will be dispatched. Delivery occurs within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday), though actual arrival times may differ depending on the destination, courier schedules, or other logistical considerations.

We provide free shipping for all orders within the United States, regardless of product size or value.

Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated processing and delivery window, please allow an extra 2 business days and check the tracking information provided. If the package still has not arrived after this period, contact us with your order number for further assistance.

Problems with Your Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, take a clear photo and send it to support@dreamsleep.cc. We will arrange to send the correct item or a replacement promptly.

Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at support@dreamsleep.cc. Orders can generally be canceled before processing or dispatch. Once processing has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; in such cases, the return process must be followed after delivery.
